In collaboration with Grossmann & Kaswurm, the maintenance-free parquet Block 750 in lively oak with ProActive+ finish was installed in all three properties. The classic herringbone pattern – laid at either 45° or 90° – gives the renovated living spaces a timeless flair reminiscent of Vienna’s grand residential culture.
