We collect and process your information to be able to give you the best possible service with easy access to our products and to be able to tend to your orders quickly and efficiently. It also makes it possible for us to inform you about our new products. The Data Protection Act (DSG) and the Telecommunications Act (TKG) in particular form the legal basis for the use of data.

What data is stored and processed?

We store the personal data provided by you (specifically name, office (or residential) or delivery address, email and telephone number and bank details) with your consent in order to be able to process the subsequent orders quickly and efficiently.

By disclosing your data, you consent to the usage and processing of the personal data provided by you for orderly fulfillment of the contract, advertising purposes and for the purpose of billing, wherever applicable. Since you also provide your e-mail address or your work/residence and delivery address in this context, we continue to work on the premise that we may contact you via this communication channel to answer your queries. Please let us know if you no longer wish to communicate with us hereinafter.

Furthermore, we save all offers and transacted orders that get placed. When concluding a contract, all data from the contractual relationship is stored until the expiration of the tax retention period (7 years).

Data such as name, address, purchased goods and date of purchase is also stored until the end of product liability (10 years). The data is processed on the basis of the legal provisions pursuant to § 96 Para 3 of TKG and Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a (consent) and/or lit. b (necessary for fulfillment of the contract) of GDPR.

Cookies

Cookies are small files that allow this website to store specific user-related information on the visitor’s computer when the user visits this website. Cookies help determine the frequency of use and the number of users on this website. There are session cookies, which are cached exclusively for the duration of website usage, and there are permanent cookies, which are used to record information about visitors, who repeatedly access the website. The content of a permanent cookie is limited to an identification number. Name, IP address, etc. are not saved. Web analysis

For this purpose, your input will be transmitted to Google and processed there further. However, your IP address will be abbreviated beforehand by Google within member states of the European Union or in other contracting parties of the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be sent to a Google server in the US and abbreviated there. Google will use this information on behalf of the operator of this website to evaluate your use of this service. Cross-device remarketing

Our websites use the features of Google Analytics Remarketing along with the cross-device features of Google AdWords and DoubleClick. The provider for this service is the Google Inc. 1600 Amphitheater Parkway Mountain View, CA 94043, USA.

This feature enables the Google Analytics remarketing advertising target groups to be linked with the cross-device features of Google AdWords and Google DoubleClick. This way, interest-based, personalised advertising messages that have been customised based on your previous usage and browsing behaviour on your device (e.g., cell phone) may also be displayed on another of your devices (e.g., tablet or PC).

Once you have given your consent, Google will link your web and app browsing history with your Google Account for this purpose. That way, any device that signs in to your Google Account receives the same personalised advertising messaging.

Use of Google Maps

We use the “Google Maps” component of Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheater Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043 USA, “Google”, integrated on our site.

We pass on personal and sensitive data to our users (Name, E-Mail, and Gender) for the purpose of sending out the newsletter to the following company: CleverReach GmbH & Co. KG, Mühlenstr. 43, 26180 Rastede.
